Enjoyment

There is One Presence, One Light, One Love, One. It is the end all and the be all. It is Alpha and Omega. It is.

As a creation of the One, within me there is the capacity for all and I am here to experience and express as much as I can as this unique being.  I enjoy being alive and I enjoy experiencing life.

I claim today the sense of enjoyment for living. I feel joy well up within me and pour out into all of my life experiences and expressions. Enjoyment is a feeling that I can tap into along with gratitude to create and manifest the good that I choose. There is so much good, so much beauty, so much in life to enjoy and today I take enjoyment in all that I can.

This feeling of enjoyment is one of lightness and love. It is attractive and magnetic. It is healing. Enjoyment is an emotion of "the zone". It is timeless. It is unbounded and unlimited. Enjoyment can be reached for every daily task--waking up and being alive, walking, taking care of household chores, going to work and fulfilling purpose, playing with children or pets, talking with others, eating, resting, exercising.  Every activity is a key to enjoyment if we only open our minds to it.Today I open my mind, my heart and my being to joy and enjoyment. I rest in enjoyment and I am rejuvenated by joy.  Joy is my password.

I am grateful for all that I am able to enjoy today and each day. I am grateful for my life. I am grateful for my health. I am grateful for my family and my friends. I am grateful for the trees, walks, parks, and rivers. I am grateful for the activities within my body that keep me alive. I am grateful for angels and guides. I am grateful for books, entertainments and fun. I am grateful for movement, walking, dancing and swimming. I am grateful for the sun, the earth, the food that comes from the earth and all those who are responsible for making food available. I am grateful to be alive now, today, and every day.

I release these Words in joy knowing they come back to me multiplied abundantly and that there is more and more to enjoy and so I do. And so it is. Amen.
